The opportunity
An exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service and Tech Support position working with the top online retailer of antennas and related consumer electronics in Novi, MI.
This full time position (40hrs +) operates in a fast paced, professional environment, which will provide an interesting variety of responsibilities and activities.
The primary role of the position is to serve our customer base providing over the air antenna and other related solutions in partnership with the Customer Service Manager, Marketing Team and Order Fulfillment. Strategic to Signal Group's Tech Support and Operations team, this position shall ensure the day-to-day customer service inquiries and needs are handled in accordance with our corporate requirements.
Good understanding and previous experience of using Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Power Point
Affinity developing solutions to our customer issues
Strong customer focus consistently seeking feedback from Internal and external customers and taking the responsibility for ensuring customer satisfactions
Good Overall Communication skills with the ability to understand basic stock control.
An understanding of the various shipping methods.
Confident and professional communication style.
Pro-active attitude and structured approach.
Positive, pragmatic, flexible and creative in the approach of challenges.

Cearting support ticket and fowarding to Tech support team for follow up.
RMA handling
Outgoing logistics managementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
