Job Description
Under direct supervision, assists the clinical staff in providing services by performing patient care activities.
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Must score 75% or higher on the Medical Assistant Certification Exam
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of proper blood drawing techniques and injection techniques
Demonstrate accuracy in preparation and maintenance of charts
Preferred
Certified Medical Assistant
Graduate of a Medical Assistant Certification program and/or graduate of a certified EMT program6 months previous medical office experience
Pediatric experienceClinic Office Assistant/Medical Assistant
