Business Unit Manager for Novi, MI auxiliary fuel-operated heater (FOH) manufacturer to act as application specialist for FOH in commercial vehicles; oversee customer accounts, installation & engineering of FOH to meet environmental standards; collaborate with Sales to determine system requirements; provide installation training & technical & business support regarding FOH use, operation & maintenance; troubleshoot & analyze root causes of technical issues; plan & modify product configurations; liaise with parent company to determine budget, strategy & pricing. Requires Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Engineering or closely related field; 5 yrs. progressive post-Bachelor's experience in application engineering role(s) with FOH manufacturer or supplier: providing FOH product training to technicians & customers, monitoring FOH compliance with environmental standards, and collaborating with upper management to determine budget, strategy & pricing. 50% travel within North America, Europe & Asia req'd.
