KBTS Technologies, Inc. has multiple openings for Business Analysts to use standard occupational tools and knowledge to perform the following job duties. Analyze business processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Work independently within guidelines to formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs based on a thorough understanding of business processes. Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training on, and implementation of applications. Communicate with clients to understand and document their training needs. Research and analyze health care data to evaluate existing and potential trends/issues using SAS and Oracle. Develop communication methods for the discussion of analyses and recommendations with management. Responsible for driving product-related process improvements for Memberships and for providing support of cross-functional teams. May perform additional duties, as assigned. Jobsite: Novi, MI. No travel or telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites which may require relocation at the end of the project.
Requirements: Master's degree in Business Management, Organizational Effectiveness Development & Change, or related plus one year of experience in the job offered or any occupation involving data analysis using statistical tools. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Applicants required to provide verifiable references to support claimed assertions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
