# Job Functions:
Job Functions (Essential) 1. Help create MTU America Processes documents for controlling
2. Help to prepare, review, and reconcile reports for government rate
3. Help with variance analysis for (e.g. cost center reporting)
4. Help to prepare Controlling reports and presentation for managers
5. Help with material cost controlling reporting update.
6. Help with controlling with daily tasks to get a better understanding of the department
7. Keep management informed on current workload, issues and future assignments
8. Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
9. Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality
10. Maintain professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internal and external
11. Represent the company professionally in all interactions both internally and externally
12. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Integrity Code.
13. Perform special projects as required.

Qualifications:
Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Required: 1. Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Business / Communications/Accounting/Finance, and having completed a minimum of one year of college
2. An outstanding academic performer 3.0 / 4.0 GPA or equivalent academic requirement. Lower GPA considered if coupled with relevant experience
3. Good oral and written communication skills
4. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
5. Good organizational, planning and follow-up skills
6. Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
Preferred: 1. Interested in a career at MTU America
