## Position Description
The Customer Logistics Coordinator will be typically dedicated to an assigned area of responsibility within an account or location. The incumbent ensures that productivity and operational goals are met in order to deliver customer satisfaction. Individual will be working in a dynamic environment that focuses on delivering continuous measurable improvement to the customer.
## Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
## Additional Requirements
1-3 Years of experience in a transportation, in-plant or containers required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Required
Knowledge/Experience in transportation environment, (i.e.: Shipping, receiving and inventory management, distribution or dispatch preferred.)
Knowledge of MGO, LMS and/or CLIPs preferred
Candidate must have ability to create KPI''s and metrics through charts and graphs
Candidate must have ability to decipher ambiguous information and determine root cause(s)
Candidate should be process and results driven with an emphasis on Continuous Improvement
Candidate must be able to work well in a group and individually
Candidate must have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Candidate must be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
