Recruiting Assistant (contract 3 months)

We are currently seeking a high-energy, results oriented individual to join our recruiting team on a 3 month assignment. As a Recruiting Assistant for a national leader in the early childhood education industry you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates (by phone) for key management positions in our Schools located throughout the U.S.
Some additional responsibilities will be:
Providing sourcing and screening assistance for five Division Recruiters to support our peak recruiting season.
Tracking recruiting activity in ATS.
Ensuring compliance with company recruiting and hiring processes and procedures, and EEOC guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or equivalent related experience preferred.
Recruiting or sourcing experience in a high volume multi-unit/multi-location environment highly preferred.
Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing methodologies including social media, job boards, database sourcing and other creative solutions.
Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook); working experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
Working knowledge of applicable local, state and federal employment regulations, including EEOC.
