This position is for 2nd shift.
From 4:
30PM to 12:
30AM, 3 days a week.
Drive Team members test and evaluate production and prototype vehicles.
Test Drivers are often the first to experience cutting edge vehicle technologies while validating the functionality and reliability of vehicle systems.
No prior training or test driver experience is required.
Detailed instructions, including route and speed, are provided.
Drivers record observations on shift log.
This is a part time position - intermittent position.
Potential hours per week will vary from 0 to 40 dependent on vehicle count at any given time.
Responsibilities:
Operate test vehicles in a safe, professional manner Adhere to designated routes and assigned protocol Document data and observations in shift log (performance, mileage, fuel use, etc.
) Maintain vehicles in a clean, safe operating condition Maintain security and confidentiality of all testing activities
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate performance characteristics of vehicles Familiar with the operation of all vehicle systems Detail oriented Valid Driver's License Clean driving record Minimum 3 years driving experience Must have availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week MARTIN Technologies is a full-service, global engineering and manufacturing company with capabilities in the automotive, marine, aerospace, and defense industries.
